For Craft Beer + Food, Airways Brewing is teaming up with Trellis Restaurant to present an outstanding beer + Food pairing.
Brewery and Tap Room
This is where the beer is made! We’re open to the public on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Our tap room seats 41 with a bar and nine tables. When weather permits, we also have seating in the garden area. We’re happy to give tours when we can.
This location does not have a kitchen. We have bags of CB’s Nuts or Tim’s Cascade Chips for a light snack. You are also welcome to bring in your own food, or order food to be delivered from the Yukon Grill on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays before 7pm.
Our busiest times are Thursdays and Fridays from 5-6 pm. If you’d prefer to come at a quieter time, try coming a little later, or visit us on Wednesday or Saturday.

Beer and Bistro
The Airways Brewing Co. Beer & Bistro is located in the Historic Downtown Kent. We have 12 draught taps serving all Washington-made craft beer and cider. You’ll find your Airways favorites as well as a rotating selection of beers we seek out from small breweries around the state. We also carry Washington wines, and serve artisan pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and desserts.
